✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags/accessories intact.

  • Software, digital products, or items with activated licenses.
  • Customized or special-order instruments/equipment.

💵 Refund Process

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments:

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a cash refund or store credit (based on your preference).
  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
